Evan Decamp, member of our tax team, specializes in business and individual taxation and trust returns.

Evan began his career with GBM in October 2022. Prior to joining GBM, Evan was a Senior Accountant for a small accounting firm in Centerville, OH for two years. He began his accounting career in Minor League Baseball. Evan was the Finance Manager for the Mets Single-A team while in Savannah, GA and a Staff Accountant for the Seattle Mariners Triple-A team in Tacoma, WA. After his time in Minor League Baseball, he switched gears to public accounting with a focus in tax. Evan is originally from South Webster, OH.

Personal Background

Outside the office, Evan enjoys playing chess and other board games with his nieces, going to concerts (Evan has seen Dave Matthews Band 26 times), being a large part of his sister’s family, watching NFL every Sunday, and playing cards whenever he finds the time.
