Blake is a Staff Accountant on the Gilliam Bell Moser Tax Team. He graduated from Elon University in May 2025 with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting through the 3+1 Accelerated Business Dual Degree Program, along with minors in Economics and Finance. Blake transitioned to a full-time role at GBM on June 2, 2025, after interning with the firm since January 2023.

He works with clients in the areas of individual, corporate, estate, trust, and gift taxation. Known for his strong academic performance, Blake earned a 4.0 GPA in both his undergraduate and graduate coursework.

While at Elon, he received numerous honors, including the Susan Anderson MSA Student of the Year Award, the Academic Excellence Award in Accounting, and the Love School of Business Academic Excellence Award. He was also a Presidential Scholarship recipient and consistently named to the President’s List. In addition to his academic achievements, Blake was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and served as treasurer of Elon Motorsports for 2.5 years. Under his leadership, the organization grew its membership by 600%.

Originally from Cumberland, MD, Blake brings a strong blend of academic excellence, leadership, and practical experience to his role at the firm.

Personal Background

During his free time, Blake enjoys anything related to automobiles. He has been collecting Hot Wheels for most of his life and was an active member of Elon University’s car club, Elon Motorsports.
