Our growing CPA firm is looking for Tax Interns. We have offices located in Burlington and Greensboro, North Carolina.
The ideal candidate should:
- Demonstrate active progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
- Possess excellent IT, organizational, analytical, and technical skills
- Learn well on the job and express curiosity
- Care about others
- Display dedication to completing assignments well
Responsibilities include:
- Complete on-boarding to learn relevant firm policies and processes
- Develop good rapport with assigned coach
- Assist with tax practice supporting services
- Prepare portions of and entire income tax return assignments
- Other needs will likely arise permitting additional education opportunities
The position offers:
- The opportunity to work with strong accounting professionals in a team environment
- Begin to understand critical skills required to manage income tax compliance
- Gain some insight into income tax strategies developed for our clients

Our tax season internship program typically runs from mid-January through April 15 every year to coincide with our busy season. Our internships are paid, full-time or part-time positions.
