Building relationships with clients is extremely important when solving a problem and meeting their needs. Everyone likes to discuss an issue with someone that may have more experience in a particular area. For example, a client may not know how to record a transaction. Sometimes it can be done over the phone or virtually showing them. We have the tools to remote into their computer and help with questions about recording transactions and other related issues. This ability provides a great training opportunity that the client appreciates.
