The people!  That’s what was most compelling to me.  I noticed that so many people at GBM have been with the firm for several years…some even decades!  Low turnover says a lot about a company and I believe that the strong team /family culture is what makes GBM so successful.

Also, several of the PSA job responsibilities align with my many years of project management experience and I felt that I could be an asset to the GBM team.  I was searching for a position that would nurture job growth and I was hoping to find a place to call home for years to come and I believe I found it here at GBM!
