Effie oversees daily IT operations for Gilliam Bell Moser. Her many responsibilities include technology lifecycle planning, user support, vendor and budget coordination, compliance management, supporting employees through onboarding and offboarding and assisting the GBM Leadership Team.
She began her career with Gilliam Bell Moser in February of 2021 after working in telecommunications for 18 years, followed by a rewarding break as a stay-at-home mom. Effie is originally from Poughkeepsie, NY and works in our Burlington office.
